Outlook Nebraska, Inc. (ONI) is a not for profit organization that formed in early 2000 to provide employment and promote capabilities of the blind and visually impaired. ONI is the largest employer of the blind and visually impaired in Nebraska. ONI's mission stems from our desire to overcome the challenges the visually impaired experience in finding gainful employment.
ONI operates a paper converting operation in Omaha, NE to fill Federal government purchases of washroom and industrial paper products. We are currently raising funds to help facilitate an installation of new tissue converting equipment that will allow us to meet our blind employment goals.

ONI's mission does not simply stop with jobs; we have recently opened an Education and Training Center and actively collaborates with other organizations that serv the blnd and visually impaired.
